Soul Brother Magazine site

After the unfortunate events of young black men from Travon Martin to Tamir Rice being gunned down by police or by other brothers in the community, I felt it was time I do my part in turning the tides.

Imagery is Powerful!
Solbromag.com serves as an aggregator for displaying “positive only” images and stories of primarily young black boys and men.  We need to see more of our young men doing excellent things in their world.  The Goal is simple.  To promote this site as a positive alternative to negativity and often buffoonery found on many popular sites aimed at our youngsters.  Our young boys need to know that their lives not only matter but have “VALUE”.  My belief is that the more they see the “Imagery” of other individuals that look like them excelling in many different areas, transcending basketball and hip hop, they will begin to live in that reality regardless of their present circumstances.

Enjoy.
